Job Description

Your function consists in supporting the Customer Service in diverse missions:

  • Processing daily business (follow-up of orders, mailing, requests etc.)
  • Answering customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Administrative tasks as well as data entry
  • Presentation preparation
  • Project support


Qualifications

You are currently a business or economics student and you are very communicative. You are not afraid of taking responsibility. Added you have a profound knowledge of IT in total and you like to work with databases. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is very important and knowledge of SAP is appreciated.

Additionally you need to be fluent in English and French – Dutch is a plus.
