• Be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced start-up and entrepreneurial environment.

• 3 years or more hands on experience in business analysis, including collecting user requirements, preparing test plan, performing SIT, conducting training, and providing support to end-users.
• Strong analytical, problem solving skill, negotiation skill and business acumens.
• Mature, independent and be a strong team player with good written and oral communication/presentation skills.
• Experience in UI, unit testing and performance automation testing tools in an agile development environment will be an advantage.
• Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript/ Python.
• Experience with continuous integration tools like – Jenkins.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning with Python.
• University Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent.
  
  

Job Duties:

• Understand the end-user environments in both business and technical perspectives.
• Defining business requirements and perform analysis to propose solutions for the business problems with implementation plan. Interact with stakeholders as necessary to plan the user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate projects and liaise with different parties to meet the budgeted resources, schedule and quality of the project.
• Assist in SIT and UAT testing including test plan preparation and deployment preparation.
• Design, maintain, execute and report issues on manual and automated test cases for functional and end-to-end tests.
• Conduct training workshops for in-house application users, and document business procedures and user manuals.
