Does helping to make life better for millions of people motivate you?

If the answer is yes, you think just like us. We are a world-leading medical solutions company, designing and supplying medical solutions to enhance performance in healthcare – from the hospital to the home.

We’re looking for people who want to improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients.

Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire an internationally focused, dynamic and talented Global Supply Chain Planner based in Belgium.

We have a diverse and complex supply chain, and our global team is tasked with ensuring our products arrive in the right place at the right time, and in the most cost-effective way.

We operate a "Pull" supply chain, so we manufacture to order. And as our products impact on people's health and even lives, our supply chain needs to be super efficient. We're dealing with tens of thousands of products daily from local and international suppliers, as well as with our own worldwide manufacturing base. This means regular fast-paced interaction in English, careful calculation and also that no day is the same as the last!

Your Responsibilities:

You will continuously monitor the flow of goods and raw materials, inform the relevant stakeholders and take proactive counter measures to ensure that our production and delivery targets are met. This means you will:

  • Plan, monitor and deploy stock levels
  • Be data driven
  • Analyse capacity and report on performance
  • Contribute to the global supply chain team
  • Strive to improve yourself through our comprehensive training and development program
  • Take part in global projects

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration
  • Experience in Supply Chain would be useful, this could be from work experience during your studies, or from your professional post education experience.
  • Digital native - IT is second nature to you. We run SAP, PowerBI (dashboard technology) and we'd also be working in Excel - training on specific software will be given
  • Fluent in English

In order to succeed in this role you need a good balance between detailed data focus and good understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain.

You also need to have good analytical, communication and networking skills.

You will be performance driven, a strong team player, with a super strong customer focus.

There are significant opportunities to develop your career within Global Supply Chain both locally and internationally. So if you are ambitious and motivated, then we would like to hear from you.
