Movilitas is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Human Resources team to lead recruitment activities throughout Europe. The incumbent will participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting and sourcing to selection, and collaborate with hiring managers and the HR department to gain an understanding of the best-fit applicants for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize local and national job sites to find qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Conduct first phone interviews to access and qualify talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a successful selection and hiring process
- Set phone, in-person, and/or video interviews
- Network and build relationships with local universities
- Attend industry related events to stay on top of the latest trends and to meet new talent
- Post and advertise current openings on all job posting sites and social media
- Focus on branding and social media initiatives as related to attracting talent to the organization
- Assist with new hire onboarding process including the new hire orientation presentation
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and at least 4 years of technology recruiting experience, a plus if it is from a fast-paced agency environment
- Foundational knowledge of Boolean search strings and sourcing for candidates
- Forward-thinking with the ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Any additional languages of Dutch, French, and German are a plus
- Adept at creating an outstanding candidate experience an providing consultative guidance to hiring managers
- Appreciation for and professional handling of confidential and sensitive information
- Strong customer service attitude and ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Openness to travel throughout Belgium, France, and Germany to attend career fairs, as needed
