What does the role involve?
>Develop and execute Rewards related strategies, polices, procedures and programs which supporting business needs and also are in compliance with legal requirement
>In collaboration with Finance and other functions to review the Strategic Head count planning, review budget and forecast prepare by team member
>Support during annual compensation process, including but not limit to Workday processes, providing manager support, prepare annual Merit increase and Bonus calculation.
>Lead the team to manage the payroll for Regional Office in a timely and accurately way
>Participate in multiple salary surveys and compensation data analysis.
>Analyze internal equity and calibrate compensation strategies within business units.
>Manage vendor service of social benefit agency and medical insurance company for local and various types of assignees
>Work in various platforms/software programs including Workday, SAP, Mercer, Hay and ECA.
>Be responsible for the Reward’s team performance and facilitating the development by providing timely feedback and guidance to help them reach goals.
>Demonstrated understanding and application of assignment policies, allowance provisions, exception management and related international benefits.
>Understanding of international tax impact to the company and individual.
>Work with Global Mobility Team to interpret and apply Global Mobility policies to related assignment frameworks to ensure that the correct cost projections and international employment contracts are prepared and delivered to Approvers and Hiring Managers.

What you need is:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, HR or related degree.
- Minimum 12 years of experience C&B and Mobility functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Additional language skills is an asset.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work with all levels within an organization.
- Working effectively with team and different stakeholder to accomplish organizational goals
- Ability to work in diverse, multi-cultural environments. Appreciation and understanding of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Willing to travel internationally when required.
