Responsibilities

• Handle full set export shipping documentation;


• Handle of L/C shipments, export licence & declaration by Tradelink;


• Co-ordinate with HK warehouse, transportation companies & forwarders for shipments;


• Documentation filing;


• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above;


• 3 years of relevant working experience;


• Able to handle export docs, L/C banking docs and Tradelink system independently;


• Good command in Chinese, English & Mandarin;


• Familiar with MS Office applications including Word & Excel, Lotus Note, Oracle and Tradelink system;


• Good communication skills, optimistic, cooperative and initiative;


• Immediate available is preferred.

Salary: 13000 - 18000
