Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, network equipment and printers
• Maintain the IT inventory, such as software, hardware and networking equipment, etc.
• Network infrastructure deployment & administration (firewall/ switch/ AP/ cabling)
• Perform regular data backup and server administration
• Perform system testing and trail run
• Provide trouble shooting and technical support for retail shops, office and warehouse (Including POS systems, CCTV, Wifi and routers)

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 years relevant experience in IT Technical Support and network management
• Familiar with PC software and hardware knowledge support
• Knowledge in Internet technologies such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, switching, routing and network security, MS SQL, Firewall
• Experienced in POS,CCTV is an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
