:
- Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing / Digital Marketing, English / Chinese Language or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years' experience in PR, media or digital / marketing communications in a sizable organization or consultancy
- Relevant working experience in corporate communications including media / stakeholder relations, CSR, events management, publication, copy writing and translation, collateral / video production
- Proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
- Internet savvy, preferably with some knowledge and skills in social media administration, digital content development and digital marketing
- Very strong English and Chinese language skills and fluency in Putonghua, especially high level accuracy of English will be an advantage
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking abilities and capability to meet tight deadline
Responsibilities:
- in charege of publication of annual report, leaflets, brochures and other corporate write-ups with quality and timely deliverables
- Assist in corporate communications strategy execution and messaging implementation, with focus on research, writing and proofreading
- Media relationship building and brand management support
- Assis in corporate communication projects
- Proactively get involved in the planning and execution of the Company's CSR programmes and large-scale events
- Take on specially assigned project whenever required
- Develop and manage relationships and partnerships with NGOs and other stakeholders
- Willing to travel when necessary to support PR programs
- support 100 anniversary project
