Description

• Manage and secure the company's entire IT network

• Manage daily modifications and interventions on wired and wireless networks
• Manage the interventions of the selected suppliers for the network and telephony
• Manage active network equipment (firewall, router, antispam, proxy,...
• Study and propose ways to improve network security
• Monitor the operation of safety equipment

• Take charge of and ensure the proper functioning of all telephone and telecommunication lines of the company and partners present on the site to ensure the continuity of activities:

• Manage line installations with operators
• Manage daily the changes to be made to the telephony
• Monitor requests made to telephone providers

• Ensure permanent monitoring of the security level of the computer network in order to monitor and increase the level of security:

• Execute all security procedures defined by the SC
• Define corrective actions and monitor the proper execution of these actions with the various stakeholders

• Document all network, telephony and security systems: write maintenance & safety procedures, write network, telephony and security documentation.

• Provide support and help the team in solving problems

• Supervise and train the Level 1 Network Engineer
  

Profiles

• Bachelor or master's degree in computer science
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
• Languages: French and English
• Good knowledge of Cisco switching, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Jabber, Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco Endpoint Security
• Good knowledge of network integration, IT security
• Knowledge of Windows 7/10
• Knowledge of Windows 2012/2016
• Knowledge of the VMWare virtualization environment
  
• Ability to work alone within the objectives and priorities defined by the SC
• Real interest in the world of IT and being able to self-inform on IT developments
• Calm and patient. Know how to popularize computer jargon with users of all levels
• Pro-active, flexible and stress resistant
• Analytical, pragmatic and methodical mind ; focused on problem solving and results-oriented
• Compliance with established deadlines, processes and procedures. Management of all tasks with rigour and professionalism
